About Us
From Hive to Table 100% Fresh & Organic Honey.
Our honey is crafted by bees that gather pollen from a variety of flowers, ensuring a pure and natural product. This process allows the bees to collect the finest nutrients and flavors, creating honey with a distinct taste. By sourcing pollen from diverse blooms, our honey is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Savor the goodness of honey made from nature's best ingredients, harvested directly from the lush fields of India.
Beekeepers collect honey-filled frames from the hive. The bees use wax to create hexagonal cells in the comb, which they fill with nectar that eventually turns into honey.
Uncapping the Honeycombs
The wax caps that seal the honey in the cells must be removed. This is usually done with a heated knife or uncapping fork. The process reveals the honey inside the cells.
Extracting the Honey
The uncapped honeycombs are placed in a honey extractor, which is a centrifuge-like machine. By spinning the frames, the honey is forced out of the combs due to centrifugal force. The honey flows to the bottom of the extractor.
Filtering & Bottling
After extraction, the honey is usually filtered to remove bits of wax and other debris. This can be done with fine mesh filters.
The bees live as they naturally would and their benefits reach more people. Our goal is to raise San Diego’s bee population throughout the city and at the same time spread awareness among the community.
