Harvesting from Deep Jungel

At **Taste of Nature**, our honey is sourced from the depths of untouched jungles in Jammu, Corbett, Sundarbans, Himachal Pradesh, and other pristine forests across India. We harvest honey straight from these lush wildernesses, ensuring its natural purity remains intact. Our honey is carefully extracted using chemical-free filtration methods without any alteration or heating. This preserves the honey's natural enzymes, nutrients, and flavors. Every jar is packed through a natural, unprocessed method to deliver the finest organic honey to our valued customers. At **Taste of Nature**, we are committed to providing you with the best, 100% natural, and organic honey—straight from the heart of the jungle to your table.

Here’s the process for harvesting honey from the jungle :

  1. Locating the Hive:

    • Search for wild bee colonies in trees or caves using clues like buzzing sounds or animal behavior.
  2. Safety and Tools:

    • Use protective gear and smoke to calm the bees.
    • Essential tools: knife, bucket, and ladder/ropes (for tree access).
  3. Smoking the Hive:

    • Smoke the hive to reduce bee aggression and make them less likely to defend the honey.
  4. Harvesting the Honeycomb:

    • Carefully cut or scrape the honeycomb from the hive, ensuring minimal disturbance to the bees.
    • Leave enough honey for the bees’ survival.
  5. Extracting the Honey:

    • Crush, strain, or dip the honeycomb into containers to collect honey.
    • Store or transport the honey for later use.
