The Taste Of Nature Journey

Indulge in the Sweet Simplicity of Nature

Welcome to the Taste of Nature, where our story began in 2013 with just 10 humble bee boxes and a big dream.
What started as a small passion project in Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh, India) has blossomed into a thriving journey—with over 2,270 bee boxes buzzing across the country. Guided by the seasons and the flowers in bloom, we travel through the rich landscapes of Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and many more regions, all in search of nature’s purest sweetness.

Honey Harvesting Process from the Jungle:

Locating the Hive:
Identify wild bee colonies in trees or caves by following signs such as buzzing sounds or observing animal activity nearby.

Safety and Tools:
Equip yourself with protective gear and use smoke to calm the bees. Essential tools include a knife, bucket, and ladder or ropes for accessing hives located high in trees.

Smoking the Hive:
Gently apply smoke to the hive to reduce bee aggression, making the bees less defensive while harvesting.

Harvesting the Honeycomb:
Carefully cut or scrape the honeycomb from the hive, taking care to disturb the bees as little as possible. Always leave enough honey behind to support the bees’ survival.

Extracting the Honey:
Collect honey by crushing, straining, or dipping the honeycomb into containers. Properly store or transport the honey for future use.
